Leendert van den Berg (1970) read law in Utrecht and Strasbourg. In 1995, he started working with the law firm Buruma Maris in The Hague which later merged into Houthoff Buruma. From 2004, he has worked at Severijn Hulshof, since 2006 as a partner. He has managed our office in The Hague since 2009. Leendert was and is involved in a large number of building projects and tenders as a consultant and lawyer. He acts on behalf of all the parties involved in a building project, such as contractors, consultants, architects and commissioning parties. On a regular basis, he publishes in various professional journals and teaches on building law and procurement law. He is also the Substitute Secretary of the Disputes Committee of Kivi-Niria. Leendert is recommended as a construction lawyer in de PLC Which Lawyer, Construction and Projects guide of 2011.
