Algemeen:
Erik Gierman (1974) graduated from Groningen University in 2001. He has been a partner of Severijn Hulshof since 1 September 2011, after having worked at Houthoff Buruma and Straatman Koster advocaten. From the beginning of his career, he has specialised in construction law, property law and insurance law in connection with these fields. Erik gives in-house courses on a regular basis in the fields of, for instance, general terms and conditions and liability in the construction industry.
